to get involved

We meet every other Wednesday evening in the
West Lafayette Public Library board room. Please email Anya to find out the next meeting date.
- Volunteer.
Go greener is always looking for volunteers to
help with recycling at
events. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, email us at

- Contact the
organizer or vendor of a Tippecanoe-area event and express your
interest in green events. Point
them to this website and our contact information. Explain why being
green is important to you. Copy and paste the following email message
(alternatively, you can download the letter at left and mail it):
Dear (name of event organizer/vendor),
I am writing to let you know my hope
that (name of event)
becomes more socially responsible and environmentally friendly. I am
very concerned for the environment and a few simple changes to the
event can make a great positive difference, while not making these
changes has a negative impact. I would like this event to become Go
Greener Certified. To find out more about the Go Greener certification
program, please visit www.gogreenerevents.org.
